Initial setup – enter your HelpOnClick account login information, choose Facebook page type and hit “Install Chat on Facebook”
Custom Link – here you can place a direct link if you’d like this chat to be directed to a specific department and such
Chat is installed on your facebook page!
As the Facebook page admin, you’ll always have control
