Installation
All you need to do is to make sure that both HelpOnClick and Google Analytics codes are installed on your website. HelpOnClick will automatically detect your Google Analytics installation and integrate with your account.
How to Locate Your Chat Information in Google Analytics
First, log into your Analytics account and select the website you have installed your Live Chat Software on.
Expand Content > Events > Top Events, in the left side menu.
Select the HelpOnClick section to locate the statistics.
Get your stats:
