Step 1: Click here to download the WordPress plugin from HelpOnClick.
Step 2: Extract the .zip and navigate to the Plugins folder, which can be found at /wp-content/plugins.
Step 3: Upload the contents of the Plugins folder.
Step 4: On WooCommerce, go to the Admin panel and select “Plugins.” Locate the plugin named “Live Chat by HelpOnClick,” and activate it. This is our WooCommerce live chat plugin.
Step 5: On the description of “Live Chat by HelpOnClick,” click on the “Configure” link. You can also select the “Live Chat” option on the left panel under “Settings.”
Step 6: Enter the information you’ve been given from HelpOnClick for your login. Ensure that the spelling of the email and password are correct.
If entered correctly, you should see a message that says “Connected successfully, chat is installed.”
